Hurds Hill is available for Private Dining. We offer a very flexible menu for a lunch away from the office in a calm environment, to celebrate a special occasion, or to entertain clients in a confidential and discreet setting with excellent food and service.

 

Hurds Hill has three meeting rooms available for hire on a whole-day or half-day basis. Flip charts, projector and screen are available in all meeting rooms.

Meeting Room 1 is suitable for up to 50 delegates in theatre style seating or up to 20 board room style. The room is bright and airy, opening on to the courtyard garden which can be used for breakout sessions or relaxation during the breaks

Meeting Rooms 2 & 3 can accommodate up to 15 people. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are available. Please look at the food menus for options. Prices are dependent on choice and quoted at the time of enquiry.

 

Hurds Hill is the perfect place for a Strategy Retreat | Confidential Board Meeting | Team Build | Away-Day Conference or Employee Engagement Event. Clients have the sole use of the house and we can guarantee confidentiality.

We offer three meeting rooms:

Meeting Room 1 will comfortably accommodate up to 20 delegates Board Room style or up to 50 Theatre Style. Other configurations are also possible depending on numbers.

Meeting Rooms 2 & 3 will accommodate up to 10 delegates with further Break-Out areas throughout the house and garden.

Hurds Hill has 15 well-appointed bedrooms for delegates, each reflecting the eclectic taste of the owners.

The Residential Delegate rate includes all meals, with breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Evening meal can be casual or formal. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

  • Tea and Coffee are also available in the bedrooms.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. 

Hurds Hill has limited wheelchair access, and has a ground-floor bathroom arranged for disabled visitors.
